Cash flow you can actually read

Cash flow is the difference between what came in and what went out. Simple to say — hard to see in a bank app. KRONO shows it every month as one clear number and a breakdown you can act on.

Total income for the month, total expenses split by category, and the net difference — plus/minus. A month-over-month chart shows the trend so a bad month is visible immediately, not three months later.

Monthly reports can be exported as PDF for your own records, an accountant, or a partner conversation.

Net worth moves slowly. Balance is noisy. Monthly cash flow tells you whether your current life fits inside your current income — the single most important question in personal finance.

A positive number every month, sustained, is what actually builds wealth.

Check the current month's running total mid-month to see if you're on pace. At month end, review the category breakdown for outliers — a €400 category that's usually €150 is a signal, not noise.

Export the PDF report if you want a permanent snapshot.

March: income €3,400, expenses €3,050, net +€350. April: income €3,400, expenses €3,620, net −€220. The chart shows the drop; the category view shows dining out doubled. You know exactly where to focus in May.

Does cash flow include savings transfers? You choose. Transfers between your own accounts can be excluded so they don't inflate income or expenses.

Can I export reports? Yes. Monthly reports export as PDF from within the app.

How far back can I see cash flow history? As far back as your connected banks provide transactions — typically 90 days on first connection, extending with each month you use KRONO.
